1 MIU MIU MUSE
Without a doubt, Miu Miu eyewear has taken center stage this season. The first question to ask is whether it’s the librarian-chic opticals or the ‘90s metal frames sunnies that catch your eye (never ignoring the popularity of the Celine Triomphe Metal Round Sunglasses – bless you).
The pair that caught my eye in particular are the Miu Regard sunglasses with Camel Beige Lenses. Drawing me in is the soft rectangular shape, brown tortoise frames, and the smart look it will ultimately give me. Their petite, everyday appeal makes me want to add them to my collection and happily join the miu miu girlies worldwide.
2 Seeing Seersucker
Went into Uniqlo as a supportive girlfriend with zero intention of allowing my wandering gaze to take over. While I did successfully leave without making a purchase, I tried on the slouchiest denim silhouette with a buttery-soft feel and relaxed drape and regretfully swooned at their front display as we blazed out of the store.
Featured up front was the Seersucker Volume Blouse styled with the Seersucker Volume Skirt. The textured fabric, objectively happy gingham pattern, and flattering seamwork were all I needed to see to bookmark these two styles in my brain. Such a cute set for spring at such a good price.
3 Meet Raboesy
I saw these Raboesy Flats as I was mindlessly scrolling through Instagram Reels. This is why social media has such a stronghold on me, and it's for finds like these.
They’re coquette and giving ballerina core, but now that it’s springtime, I feel like feminine styles such as these are rather justified.
While you peruse their shoe collection, know that I will be debating between these two:
Satin Bow Tie Ballet Flats in pink & Asymmetrical Flower Ballet Flats in apricot
4 Martha Stewart’s Gardening Handbook
Who wasn’t inspired to become a tastemaker after watching Martha on Netflix and learning about the powerhouse and force of nature that is Martha Stewart?
Let’s lean into it, shall we?
I want to go to Trader Joe’s and build a giant bouquet, I want to make the yummiest salted dark chocolate chip cookies you’ve ever tasted, and I want to have my girl friends over at my tiny, well-decorated apartment for curated dinners and slumber parties.
Martha Stewart’s Gardening Handbook, $40.00
While I don’t have a garden of my own, that will not stop me from reading or adding this to my coffee table book collection.
Entertaining by Martha Stewart, $50.00
Also, her team announced the reissue of her first book Entertaining after 43 years. Releasing this October, it’s a must preorder.
5 Damson Madder Ruched Backpack
Damson Madder can do no wrong in my eyes. The sustainable, London-based brand gives its playful take on an everyday black backpack. Crafted from recycled materials with quilting and ruching, this [extra]ordinary accessory is well worth the investment.
